How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us with the email you used at checkout. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Account → Manage billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
