This Privacy Notice explains how Anne Dream Ventures (202303320801)("we") collects and uses personal data through Neon Kancil (the "Service"). We are the data controller for personal data described here.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email, hashed password, sign-in timestamps.
• Questionnaire data: business name, industry, target audience, brand answers you enter.
• Generated reports: AI outputs and edits you make.
• Support & communication: messages you send us.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser, pages visited, error logs.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe (see below); we receive limited metadata such as subscription status.

2. Why we use it

• To provide the Service and generate your brand strategy (contract performance).
• To operate accounts, subscriptions and support (contract performance).
• To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interests).
• To improve the Service and fix bugs (legitimate interests).
• To send transactional email (contract performance) and, where you consent, product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Who we share data with

• Payment processor: Stripe, for subscription management, payments, tax calculation and invoicing.
• Cloud hosting & database: Supabase / Cloudflare, for running the Service.
• AI model providers: to generate your brand strategy from your inputs.
• Email delivery: transactional email provider for account and product emails.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see rights below); we will delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the US and EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database, to protect your personal data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, theme preference, and saving your in-progress questionnaire answers. We do not use advertising cookies.
